Village of Nieuwe-Niedorp

The village of Nieuwe Niedorp was two kilometer in length. Cornelis Kaay depicted all houses on both sides of the canal in his village Nieuwe-Niedorp, near Spaarndam. A piece of fifty metres on each painting. The inhabitants are portrayed, in front of their houses, sitting on a bench or at work.
