The magic tree

Pearl Alcock loved colour and would work with oil paint, acrylics, coloured pencils, crayons and felt tips, really whatever she could use. She liked to paint flowers and birds as well as landscapes based on her memories of the Caribbean. She would also create pieces that she called her ‘Mood Pictures’ which were almost abstract.
