‘Grand Seigneur’ Jaber in Out of Art

23.05.2013 Publications

Jaber or El Majoub, meaning ‘The Blessed’ is a street artist, musician, clown, impersonator, storyteller and rapper in the streets of Paris. His true self seems to come out in his art, uniting Paris the metropolis with his homeland, the countryside of Tunisia. Liesbeth Reith and Frans Smolders wrote an article in the Street-Art issue of Out of Art on this outsider artist present in the De Stadshof Collection.
