Celestial Empire of Peace

Dirk Bos started painting at the age of  79. In a period of seven years he painted 150 oils on panel. He painted while sitting at a table using his fingers or a scrap of paper. Only for delicate parts he used a small stick or a brush. Hij idealises memories of his birth region. Most his his paintings have Biblical content. In many pictures fantastic flowers are blooming wonderfully.
